Conference to review key broadband issues

A broadband conference is to be held by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and SAMENA Telecommunications Council from February 22 at the Diplomat Radisson BLU Hotel, Residence and Spa. It will be held on behalf of the Arab Regulatory Network (ARGNET) and in conjunction with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

The conference is held to address key broadband issues & aims at facilitating a better understanding of the policy decisions that have been taken till date regarding broadband services. It also aims at assessing the various broadband solutions currently available and being deployed in countries such as Singapore, Australia, the UK, US, France and Germany. A panel discussion will be held for the same purpose which will enable the participants to analyze the different solutions effectively.
